  • Rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Local pickup is free of charge.

  • Use the tracking number to check your delivery status.
  • For local pickup orders, customers will receive a notification once the order is ready for collection.
  1. Failed Delivery & Redelivery
  • If the courier fails to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery charges may apply.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing an order.
  1. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit, but we will assist in claims with the courier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for investigation.
